Nol’s art style is often described as “bubbling”. Everything he creates looks alive, is round and gives the impression of having been inflated. His creatures are built from bold, single-colour, black, flowing lines of the kind frequently used in screen printing, his other love. That is also the source of his passion for razor-sharp, vector-like work that is meant to look machine-made, although in reality it is made by hand. Nol’s works can be admired in Vietnam, Ireland, England, Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands.
